La Plume – The ϳԹ College Department of Performance Music will conduct its early spring concert, “The Bonds Music Brings” on Sunday, March 5 from 7-8 p.m. in the Theatre in Brooks.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will feature an opening performance by the Abington Heights High School Jazz Ensemble before ϳԹ performers begin their concert.
In addition to the Abington Heights performers, the concert will showcase ϳԹ’s Symphonic Band, Vocal Ensembles, and Jazz Ensemble. The diverse evening of music will feature vocal jazz standards, funk charts, and works by legendary jazz composers such as Duke Ellington.
