Nightshade Press is not new to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø College. Nightshade Press was established by Carolyn Page and Roy Zarucchi in Troy, ME in 1989. While in Maine, Page and Zarucchi published over 75 poetry and prose titles. They also published 19 editions of a magazine called Potato Eyes. In 2003, Karen Blomain, a professor at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø College and one of the first poets published by Nightshade Press when it was in Maine, arranged for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø to purchase Nightshade Press.
